Joining The Dog Members’ Club
Contact us via email or feel free to call us on 01522 700724 and speak to a member of the team who can book your dog into a suitable appointment.
Our enrolment session schedules are as follows: Monday-Friday at 10am or 11am. Evaluations are up to 45 minutes long. No charges apply.
Please complete the application form prior to arriving at your enrolment session. Our staff will spend time talking with you about your dog to ensure we have all the information we need to get to know him or her.
Along with the application we will need your dog(s) vaccination records. Please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring them along with you. Once your dog has been enrolled, and you have chosen your membership pack, we’ll email you with your direct debit set up.
All completed paperwork must be received before your dog’s membership can begin.
Vaccinations & Other Requirements
- Canine distemper
- Infectious canine hepatitis
- Kennel Cough
- Flea and Worm prevention – please state what is used and frequency.
- Behaviour – All dogs must be people and dog friendly and must not be anxious, aggressive, or struggle with separation anxiety from the owner. (This will be assessed during the enrolment session)
- Minimum age to attend the Club, or any Club events, is 12 weeks. Puppies must be fully vaccinated to attend.
We have a selection of Membership options to suit your daycare needs. If we do not have an option to suit you, please get in touch to discuss your requirements; we can accommodate most requests.
Membership is payable monthly in advance by Direct Debit.
All new Members receive a Welcome Pack on their first day including their dog’s Daily Journal, vouchers and treats.
