Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any dogs you don’t take?
Only those prohibited by the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. Otherwise ALL dogs are assessed on their own merits, regardless of age or breed. This extends to accepting dogs which have not been spayed or castrated.
Do I have to bring my dog every week?
Although we’d love to see your dog as much as possible, there is no minimum attendance for our members. Some dogs come four days per week, some come less than once per month. You can choose a membership package to suit your needs.
Will the Club help improve my dogs social skills?
Like humans, social skills are best developed at a young age. Sometimes this has not been possible with your dog eg. Rescued dogs. We assess all dogs in the same way and to the same standard. All our members have to be able to integrate with dogs off lead without issue to be able to join.
If you are at all unsure, please get in touch. Many owners have expected their dogs to be reactive or have a negative response to the environment and been pleasantly surprised and proud of their dogs.
Are you open at weekends?
Our Club is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm. We use the Club for other events at weekends, including Puppy Stay & Play, Training and Club parties.
What is your daily rate?
Our daily rate ranges from £14 per day to £32 per day. The rate you pay is lower the more often your dog visits. We also offer morning visits up to 5 hours for a fixed rate of £15, regardless of your membership level.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Not yet. To enable us to adhere to the new legislation and ensure the highest possible standards of welfare and safety the cost to you, the customer, would be prohibitively high at the moment.
We are committed to offering this service as soon as possible.
